What do you mean by crash? Seg fault? Stop working? Is there an
error message?
When using GPMMOUSE, make sure you start gpm with "gpm -R -t ps/2" This
will cause the gpm to spit data out to /dev/gpmdata, which the
microwindows GPM driver picks up.
