Yes.

Yes. Just a guess, but does specifying the directory where your cross
compiled linuxthreads resides with --libdir help?
It also looks like you installed libwww in /usr/local rather than the base
of your cross compiler setup, which probably isn't what is causing the
problem but is generally a bad idea (if you later build something natively
which requires libwww, it could end up finding the ARM version).
