: the window's area is not correctly updated. A sample is the nxterm. When I
move it out and back, the area of the window will be black.
I dont know if someone else have met the same problem. Is it because I do
something wrong or the bugs of Microwindows?


The reason nxterm doesn't update when moved from offscreen is
that no one has yet written nxterm's expose handler.  That is,
Microwindows sends nxterm and expose event and it then has
to re-display the terminal emulation contents.  That is not being done,
so all you see is Microwindows painting the window's background
color, which was set to black.  It is each applications' responsibility
to repaint the window contents in Microwindows (and most other
windowing systems)
