No, it should be pretty simple to code up a wstrlen(), though.

That's pretty hard, since we support UTF-8 as well as chinese GB2312 and
Big5. The original idea was that the application would use a standard
encoding type, and always pass the same GR_TFxxx value to GrText.
Then Microwindows would be compile-time configured to support that
decoding.
