I don't see the problem. Replies to the mailing list will go through the
list server and be filtered in the normal way, and replies directly to you
were presumably sent to you personally for a reason, so will go directly
to your Inbox. Some people don't like "reply all" because it means that
they get two copies, but when somebody replies to something I wrote I
prefer to get both a copy that gets filtered to the mailing list folder
for archival purposes and a copy that goes to my Inbox where I will see
it straight away.
