The most important question is this:
Do you want to run microwindows on the framebuffer, or do you want to run it
under X11?
If you want to run it on the framebuffer (without X), you will need to
compiile it for the framebuffer and include the correct mouse stuff.
if you want to run it on X11, then you have to start X11 before you can use
the server.
