Greg has complete tile and stipple fill code in a patch I sent him a few
months ago. Thats very easy because it piggy backs on the existing fill
code.
What we need is a better algorithm for actually filling the polygon.
Obviously, we need something that is effective (no missing spots or ugly
run over), and fast (probably a huge for() loop is not the answer here).
