That version only works with the MIPS kernel touchscreen
interface, IIRC.  It reads them in and out of a file that
is redirected by the shell.

I'm going to stick Century's PIXIL touchscreen calibrator
into the next version of Microwindows, it's been tested
on quite a few different embedded systems.
