You can certainly compile your application into the server to make a
single monolythic application - and if only your single application is
running do you need nanowm or can you write your application accordingly
not to want/use/need a window manager - thus making things even neater
(and of course smaller) for the embedded environment (and perhaps then
pointerless)?
