Hi,
I am looking into using Microwindows/Nano-X on a custom Cirrus 7212-based
board. I downloaded and compiled microwin-0.89pre8 and cross compiled for
arm linux. However, the demos do not run. They basically just freeze the
board. My gdbserver is broken otherwise I could have traced into the code.
However, I did put some printf's in drivers/scr_fb.c in the fbopen function.
It seems that that function returns ok. More than that I really don't know
why and where the freeze occurs. I am using a framebuffer based system with
about 38K of framebuffer ram (using the onboard 28K of SRAM as the
framebuffer). The LCD is 4bpp 320 by 128 resolution. Can anyone suggest
any avenues to get microwindows working? I appreciate any and all
suggestions.

Regards,

UQ
