I've written some makefiles for Nano-X that automatically
generate dependency information using the host's GCC.
(See the attached file - untar into microwin/src).
They also allow building in a separate directory from
the sources. This allows me to have several build
directories for different platforms/configurations, with
separate object files and binaries for each plaform,
while keeping a single source tree. See the comment
at the top of the Makefile for the variables to define
if you want to do this.
This patch does need some work - it's from my current
version of Microwindows, not against a released version.
There's no support for building the Microwindows API or
for most of the demos. If there is interest, I might
polish this up sometime in the new year.
