It's not that hard, but could be a bit detailed.  Basically, Microwindows
doesn't really care about the screen size, just the memory allocated
for non-screen (offscreen) PSDs.  So you'd have to reset the size
of the root psd, and then find all the offscreen psds and realloc
them.  It would get more complicated if you wanted to have all the
applications stay running as well, there would need to be a notification
so they can reset stuff as well.  In addition, clip and other regions,
mouse boundaries and other stuff may need resetting...
