For libfreetype, simply run configure with correct
prefix/exec-prefix/host/target/CC parameters.
For libt1, you have to modify the configure script.
at line #774, let CC="your_tool_chain-gcc" (originally it's
CC="$ac_cv_prog_CC")
at line #3215, remove "exit 1;" after the echo command, or the script will
stops here since you are cross-compiling.
