We have planned for an another implementation which will not have
a seperated process to run the IME. Instead the IME will be implemented
in SCANKBD driver. But this task is now a low priority one. I can not predicate
when it will be available or it will be done eventually or not.

and i have get an input diction of GB2312.

You are referred to microwin/src/bin/ime/map/cj.cin and phone.cin
for the format of the input diction and 
microwin/src/demos/kbd/ime_cmpwd.c for adding this new input method.
