Hi there,
the same problem also occurs on a Mustek BearPaw2400.
You might play around with the motor settings in plustek-devs.c
for the HP2100C...
I think the problem is, that these parameters don't really match
the real-work and so the algorithms inside won't produce the correct
output for controlling the motor...
Currently the stuff works while using resolutions > 150dpi
If I get more info about the BearPaw settings, I'll tell you.
