Hi All and thanks in advance!
I seem to have a Plustek U12 that is not a plustek U12 :-(.
Not sure what is going on here, I've been trying to get it to work with
no luck.
In case it helps:
From /proc/bus/usb/devices

D: Ver= 1.00 Cls=00(>ifc ) Sub=00 Prot=00 MxPS= 8 #Cfgs= 1
From usbview (for some reason this entry is red in the corresponding
left side list):

I did try adding the following to /etc/sane.d/plustek.conf:
[usb] 07b3 0001
device /dev/usbscanner
I am not sure if the above should read:
[usb] 0x073b 0x0001
or not, no man page for this file.
I did insmod the scanner module.
sane-find-scanner does not (but it does find my CDRW :-).
Any help, suggestions or pointers appreciated!
If not then I hope the info above will be of some help.
Thanks & take care, Vikki.
