Hi, I have no idea! You sould check the chip inside. On the Plustek backend page, there is a testprogram to check for the Merlin (LM983x) chipset: http://www.gjaeger.de/scanner/test/checkmerlin.tar.gz Make sure to have the sanner kernel module loaded...
