Box is 800Mhz Athlon 256MB ram NVIDIA video 30GB on two HD,Windows98se
SuSE Linux 8.0. SANE-1.0.10 and plustek-sane-0.45-3.Scanner OpticPro 4800P.
Maybe the plustek-sane is unnecessary but I didnt know.
Made two scans one with windows and one with linux and GIMP.
Measured the colours with Gimp-pipett on the same spots approximative.
The result is as follows:
Windows Linux
Resol. 75dpi 78 dpi
Brightn. 53 (0 - 100) 2 (-50 - +50)
Contrast 53 -"- 2 -"-
Place on GIMP GIMP

The windows scan looked like the original picture but the linux one
was green on the red spots.
For me it looks like swapping R and G would make sense.
The problem is I dont know why,where and how.
Maybe someone can help me?
