Well, don't know if they'll really LOOSE custumers, but they keep potential customers
from buying one of their scanners.

There is a flag (Bit in a register) in the ASIC registers, which is set,
when the button has been pressed.
Thomas told me to know more about which register this was...
in the E1/E3 ASIC this is Bit 1 in Register 12... (but the ASIC of the D300 isn't compatible
with the E1/E3 ASIC...)
