I've tried to use True Type Font today. I had read almost all the
archives on this mailing list.
and I saw the TTF screenshot which is pretty :) .
so I did it.

but there were some kind'a bug on CreateFont() function.
The last argument is, as we know, the fonts name. (I think)
The chinese was working great. and all the builtin fonts were doing good.
but, When I tried to use TTF, I got these messages
"freetype_createfont: /mnt/hda4/winnt/fonts/verdana.tto,16 not found"
on the program I wrote:
oldfont = SelectObject(hdc, CreateFont(16,0,0, .... ,FF_SWISS |
VARIABLE_PITCH, "/mnt/hda4/winnt/fonts/verdana.ttf"));
When you see the error message, as you see, It says vardana.tto not ttf.
(yeah that not my misstype ;) )

but if I do the samething without the path, just "verdana.ttf", it runs
allright.
you can guess that I've already set FREETYPE_FONT_DIR =
"/mnt/hda4/winnt/fonts"

Hmm...

it's a bug, isn't it?

Best Regards,

Sang-Baek Lee
