Well if you had browsed carefully enough, you might had noticed,
that we need more information why the pt_drv refuses to load.
One of the most possible reasons is, that you're parport is not set
to EPP in the BIOS. Check this! If you're sure that this is not the problem,
enable the drivers debug messages:
make clean
make DEBUG=y all
[as root]
make install
make load
dmesg
We need this output...
